Quality policy of EMTA Insaat A.S. is to provide good service and perfect products in order to become a world-wide trade in the intensive competition of world markets and to increase customer satisfaction. For this aim, with the whole contribution of the employees, a continuous improvement of the results is provided by improving the process, product and service quality. Since customer expectations are above everything in our company, 'quality' defined by customers has been formed in the light of good product and service during the execution of activities.

For all of our works, during the application process of this policy, by taking all the precautions about "Employee Health and Labor Security" we provide a secure atmosphere for our personnel. Moreover, since we are sensitive to environment, all of our wastes are under control. In order to maintain continuity of our products, we will be able to obtain ISO 9000:2000 Quality Management System, ISO 14001 Environment Management System OHSAS 18001 Employee Health and Labor Security by 2004.
